2. Use of tools
Our tools are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only. Results do not constitute legal or regulatory advice and must be reviewed by qualified professionals before being used in a regulatory submission or conformity assessment.
3. Accounts & subscriptions
Free tier usage is subject to daily rate limits. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Limitation of liability
medairon UG provides the service as-is without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any regulatory or compliance decisions made on the basis of tool outputs.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
